The resort includes a bar with terrace (approx.100 m2) equipped with a full-fledged kitchen, locker rooms and storage premises; on the seaside promenade there is a restaurant of 350 m2 with a veranda overlooking the sea and a terrace. The professional kitchen is equipped among other things also with a wood oven. The restaurant has an annual license.
Overall management costs (including rent, maintenance costs and salaries) add up to approximately 50,000 EUR/year
